2. What we sell
Digital gifts - personal web pages, reached through a link and a QR code: invitations with RSVP, cards, albums, marriage proposals, certificates, gift cards, printable booklets and planners (PDF) and the Aeterna Auto diary; and physical gifts and keepsakes made to order to accompany the digital product in the same order (crystal heart and crystal block with a photo, plexiglass hearts, mugs, trophy cups with a plate, cards, organisers, boxes, pendants and others with a printed inscription, photo or QR code), as well as printed booklets, planners and certificates made to order.
3. Order and contract
Orders are placed through the website. The contract is concluded with the confirmation we send by email after payment. Prices are in euro and include VAT. The delivery price is shown at checkout, before the order is confirmed.
4. Payment
By card, PayPal or bank transfer. With a bank transfer, fulfilment starts once the amount has been received.
5. Delivery
The digital gift is sent by email within minutes after the payment is confirmed. Physical gifts and keepsakes are made in 2-4 working days (trophy cups and packs of hearts for guests - in 3-5 working days) and are sent with Econt or Pigeon Express to an office or to an address; the courier price is calculated at checkout. For an express order we make and ship in 1 working day. When the making requires a photo from the buyer or approval of a custom design, the time starts from receiving them.
6. Cancellation and returns
If you change your mind, you can cancel the order within 14 days of the order date - this applies to the digital gift too: if you cancel, we delete its page and everything saved in it. Write to us at info@aeterna.gift with the order number and we refund the amount in the same way it was paid.
Personalised physical keepsakes (cards, organisers, boxes, pendants and others with a printed text or QR code) are made specially for you and cannot be returned (Art. 57, item 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). In case of a defect or a mistake in the making, send us a photo - we send a new one or refund the amount.
7. Access to the page
The Aeterna Auto diary. The page is kept on our servers with no time limit and no subscription. Access is by a password that we don't know and can't recover; if the password is forgotten, the recipient chooses a new one via an email link. The content of the page belongs to the recipient; we don't read it.
Invitations, cards, albums, proposals, certificates, books and gift cards. After payment, the buyer receives by email a link to the page and an editor with a PIN code. The page can be opened by anyone who has the link or the QR code; only the person who has the PIN code can edit it. Optionally, the buyer also locks it with a password from the editor. The buyer fills in the content on their own and can change it: invitations and albums - any number of times while they are online; cards - up to 60 days after purchase; certificates and gift cards - up to 30 days after purchase, and the recipient's name locks when the certificate is issued or when the gift card is first saved. In Aeterna Auto the car's plate number locks once it is confirmed and can only be changed through us.
Term. It is paid once, with no subscription. The period for which the page stays online is stated in the description of each product: invitations - one year after the date of the event; albums - according to the chosen period (with the option to extend it); cards - 3 years from purchase; the diary - with no time limit. Before the period expires we send a reminder by email; after it, the page stops being shown and its content is deleted.
Content and guests. The buyer is responsible for the texts, photos, music and logo they upload, and for having the right to use them. When the buyer collects replies from guests through the invitation (RSVP, menu choice, allergies, wishes), the buyer is the controller of this data and we process it on their behalf - see the Privacy Policy.
Copyright. The designs, the editor, the illustrations and the sample (demo) pages are ours or licensed to us. The buyer receives the right to use their page and its files for personal purposes, and with business products - for the needs of the business. Copying the designs and reselling them are not permitted; booklets and planners are printed for personal use.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for content uploaded by users or for loss of access due to a lost password and email. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
9. Disputes
Bulgarian law applies. Consumers may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
