Digital gifts
They arrive by email within minutes after the payment is confirmed: a link and a QR code (also as a print file). The exceptions are the products made to order with a custom design and the "Fill it in for me" service - we make these ourselves and send them within the time stated with the product. Check your "Spam" folder too if you do not see them.
Physical gifts and carriers
The crystal heart and block, the plexiglass hearts, the mugs, the trophy cups and the keepsakes for Aeterna Auto are made to order - each with the QR code of the digital page from the same order. They are all described in Physical gifts.
They are made in 2-4 working days (trophy cups and packs of hearts for guests - in 3-5 working days) and are sent with Econt or Pigeon Express - to an office or to an address, as you choose at checkout. The courier price is shown before you confirm the order. For an express order we make and ship in 1 working day. The digital page does not wait for the gift - it arrives by email right away.
Photo for the gift. For the crystal heart, the block and the kids' hearts you upload the photo when ordering; if you have not chosen it yet, send it by replying to the confirmation email. The production time runs from the moment we receive it.
Printed books and planners are printed specially for you and sent by courier within 10 working days. Printed invitations are printed once you approve the file and sent within 5 working days of your approval.
Custom design. If you chose a custom design, we send you a draft for approval; the production time runs from your approval.
Cancellation and returns
If you change your mind, you can cancel the order within 14 days of the order date - this applies to the digital gift too: if you cancel, we delete its page and everything saved in it. Write to us at info@aeterna.gift with the order number and we refund the amount in the same way it was paid.
Personalised physical keepsakes (crystal heart and crystal block with a photo, plexiglass hearts, mugs, trophy cups with a plate, cards, organisers, boxes, pendants and others with a printed inscription, photo or QR code) are made especially for you and cannot be returned (Art. 57, item 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). In case of a defect or a mistake in the making, send us a photo - we send a new one or refund the amount.
Printed books and planners with a name, photo or dedication, as well as printed invitations, are made to your specifications and also cannot be returned (Art. 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). If there is a defect or a printing error, we send new ones or refund you.
Printed planners and books without personalisation (no name, photo or dedication) can be returned within 14 days of receiving them - unused and in their original condition. Write to us at info@aeterna.gift; the return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
A mistake in the text
Before printing we review every inscription, and if something looks wrong - swapped letters, a missing character, a strange number - we contact you before we print it. If you still notice a mistake after ordering, write to us immediately: as long as the making has not started, we fix it at no extra charge.
