Aeterna

How it works

Three steps. We do the rest.

1 You choose the gift An invitation, a card, a proposal, a planner, a book or a diary - and a physical keepsake if you want the QR code to arrive on something real.

2 You write the greeting Who it's for, the occasion, who it's from. They see it the first time they open it - and after that the page is theirs, behind their own password.

3 You give it The link and the QR code arrive by email in minutes - in a card, in a message, printed. Physical keepsakes travel by courier.

What exactly do I get?

A link and a QR code to your own page - an invitation, a card, an album, a certificate, a colouring book or a diary. It opens on any phone, with no app. If you choose a physical carrier, the QR code is printed on it and it travels by courier.

When do I get it, and can I change it?

The digital part arrives by email minutes after payment - with a link and an editor with a PIN code. You fill it in yourself, with no designer, and change it as often as you like; the link stays the same. The physical gift is made in 2-4 working days, and printed books and planners in up to 10; there is also an express option.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once, with no renewal and no hidden fees. How long the page stays online is stated with each product: invitations - one year after the event, albums - for the term you choose, cards and the diary - with no expiry.

Who can see the page?

Anyone you send the link or QR code to; you can lock it with a password if you wish. Only the person with the PIN code can edit it. The Aeterna Auto diary is different: it sits behind a password the owner chooses, and we do not read what is inside.

How much does delivery cost?

The digital part arrives by email - no delivery needed. Physical gifts travel with Econt or Pigeon Express to an office, a locker or an address, at the courier's official rates, and delivery is free over 50 €.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 14 days of ordering - write to us with the order number. Personalised physical carriers are made for you and cannot be returned, except for a defect. The details are under “Delivery and returns”.
